The Grade Cricketer
With over 350,000+ YouTube subscribers and counting since transitioning their podcast into a vodcast, the popularity and appeal - both domestically and internationally - of the cult cricket podcast speaks for itself. Hosted by Ian "Higgo" Higgins and Sam "Pez" Perry, the boys take a light-hearted look at all of the major cricket series' from around the world.
We've handled various aspects of their production, both in-studio and out on the road - which includes traveling abroad to cover both their India and USA tours, where they performed numerous live comedy shows, including on Broadway in NYC.
Dyl & Friends
Hosted by former AFL player, Dyl Buckley, the podcast invites interesting and notable guests to share their stories in a humorous and lighthearted chat, with plenty of banter mixed in as well.
For the vodcast inception, Creative Edge Films was brought aboard in 2020 to manage the video/audio production and help transition the podcast into a vodcast via the creation of a YouTube channel. Within the space of a season, it exploded to 18,000+ subscribers, such was the popularity and growth. Along with handling the full end-to-end production deliverables, we provided regular video content across social channels, established a Patreon channel with exclusive content, and helped grow the Dyl and Friends community through the creation of a Discord that brought fans together with the opportunity to regularly interact with Dylan.
The meteoric rise of the podcast resulted in finishing runner-up in the 2021 Australian Podcasting Awards in the category of "Best Sports Podcast", and claiming bronze prior to that in 2020.
SuperCoach Edge
SuperCoach Edge is one of two podcasts produced and hosted under the Creative Edge banner. Founded in 2020, SCE has flourished into one of the highest charting SuperCoach podcasts in the genre of Fantasy Sports in Australia. It combines statistical analysis and research with fun, light-hearted AFL banter and memes.
